Ben Diskin, who voiced the character in Mega Man 11, has revealed that he is no longer involved with the twelfth mainline entry.
The showcase will highlight the publisher's upcoming releases, including Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection and Monster Hunter Stories 3.
Capcom is also hosting a design contest, with the winning design appearing as one of Dr Wily's Robot Masters in the sequel.
