Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, the upcoming remaster of the beloved game widely held to be the best in the long running Tales of series, has received a brand new trailer. This trailer gives us a look at the classic JRPG adventure’s story, which is one of the reasons for the game’s enduring popularity.

A second reason for the game’s popularity was its charming cast of characters. This cast is also being highlighted in this trailer. Now, the fantastic English voice work for the game isn’t present in this trailer, which is only in Japanese, but I am sure many fans are just excited to see these great characters and scenes again, in all of their remastered glory.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, in addition to touching up the graphics from the original game, will also feature expanded story content and scenes that were present in the PS3 port of the game, which never got released outside of Japan. It launches on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC on January 11, 2019. You can check out another trailer for the game focused on its characters for yourself here.
