Tearaway Unfolded Trailer Displays PS4 Mechanics and Gameplay

Media Molecule's beautiful platformer inches closer to its console release.

Posted By | On 06th, Dec. 2014

Media Molecule previously announced that Tearaway would be coming to the PlayStation 4 after initially releasing on the PlayStation Vita. Along with upgraded visuals, Tearaway: Unfolded will translate its mechanics to the PlayStation 4 in various ways. A new gameplay trailer reveals exactly how that will work and you can check it out above.

You’ll be using the touch-pad for the drum trampolines at different points in order to propel your character upwards (whereas as the Vita version had you tapping on the rear touchpad) and shaking your control and all other manner of contortions in order to get through the game. Thankfully, the game looks incredible on the PlayStation 4 and we can’t wait to play it.

Tearaway: Unfolded will be available in 2015 for the PS4. Will you be picking it up on the PlayStation 4 even after it released on the Vita as far back as 2013? Let us know in the comments below.
