Tetris Forever is Coming to PS4 and PS5

After announcing it for Nintendo Switch at the recent Partner Showcase, Digital Eclipse Entertainment has confirmed that Tetris Forever is also coming to PS4 and PS5. Check out the latest trailer, highlighting the various titles included in the compilation alongside documentary featurettes.

Tetris Forever features over 15 classic titles from the series, including the original 1984 version, Tetris 2 Bombliss, Super Tetris 3, and much more. There’s also multiplayer fun to be had in Tetris Battle Gaiden and Tetris Time Warp. The latter is a new title supporting up to four players, which switches between different graphics styles and mechanics throughout the series on the fly.

The hour-long documentary footage should also be worthwhile, as it features creator Alexey Pajitnov outlining the title’s history. Tetris Forever doesn’t have a release date, but it’s out sometime in 2024. Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can also look forward to the addition of NES Tetris this Winter.
