The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ Delayed for Nintendo Switch

No longer a launch title for Switch.

Nicalis has revealed that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ will no longer be launching alongside the Wii U. The expansion has been delayed to an unrevealed date and fans couldn’t be informed sooner “due to issues way beyond our control.”

The good news is that those who pick up the physical release can look forward to a reversible cover, limited edition sticker sheet and 20 page instruction manual along with the game.

Though Afterbirth+ is already available for PC, no information was given on whether the PS4 and Xbox One releases would still be out this Spring. We’ll have to wait for more information in the meantime.

The Nintendo Switch is out on March 3rd with launch titles that include The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, 1-2 Switch, Super Bomberman R, I Am Setsuna, Just Dance 2017, Little Inferno, World of Goo, Skylanders: Imaginators and Human Resource Machine. Will you be picking it up? Let us know in the comments.
