The Crew 2 Post-Launch Plans, Season Pass Content Revealed

New vehicles, a new Discipline and major new updates every 3 months planned.

Posted By | On 06th, Jun. 2018

Ubisoft’s The Crew 2 will be out later this month and as you’d probably have expected, it has a Season Pass. However, along with new content, developer Ivory Tower is also looking to add some free updates.

These free updates will arrive every three months with the first being Gator Rush due in September. It will feature “bouncy fun” and “wacky races on all kinds of surfaces and playgrounds” as players receive a new Discipline – the Hovercraft. Five new vehicles will be added along with the “Legendary” tier of performance parts.

The second major update doesn’t have a name but will arrive in December 2018 and add a new PvP mode, new vehicles and so on. Each month, players can expect two new vehicles to arrive. Season Pass owners will receive the following:

  • Three exclusive vehicles on day one, the Porsche 911 TURBO 3.6, the Supermarine Spitfire MK IX and the Ice Marine Bladerunner 35
  • Seven days early access to the monthly added vehicles, totaling 22 vehicles
  • One exclusive house location as well as two exclusive outfits
  • VIP 20 percent discount off of the game store

The Crew 2 will arrive on June 29th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Those looking to purchase the Season Pass will see it available on the same day in the Gold and Motor Editions. A standalone purchase option is also expected.
