The Elder Scrolls 6: Bethesda’s Pete Hines Mocks Pachter’s Release Date Prediction

Seriously people, you'd think you'd have gotten the message by now...

Pete Hines, and Bethesda in general, have screamed themselves hoarse trying to establish to everyone once and for all that no, The Elder Scrolls 6 won’t be launching any time soon, and that we are away from it. However, it seems that for some reason, the message hasn’t gone through, and most people believe tha the game is just around the corner.

‘Most people’ also seems to include famed Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter, who famously said in a recent prediction for 2017 that The Elder Scrolls 6 would be releasing in that year. Responding to Pachter in a Tweet, Bethesda’s Pete Hines, who seems to have made it his life’s mission to diffuse any expectation that a new Elder Scrolls is launching this year, said, “Sorry @michaelpachter but you totally punted this one. You should listen to me (and Todd) more often. :-)”

Pachter to his credit took the Tweet in his stride. But it brings us back to where we were- for the immediate future, no apparent release date for The Elder Scrolls 6.
