The Forest

Endnight Games’ first person horror adventure title The Forest, which allows you to pick up your enemy’s arms and use them as weapons, was supposed to release on May 22nd via Steam Early Access on PC. However, it has since been delayed according to the developer in a new post on Facebook.

“We are releasing this month! A couple days later than our target date to fix some last minute issues. We’re going to be out on May30th! We’re really excited about the release, it’s going to be awesome.”

Developed on Unity, The Forest focuses on survival horror mechanics. You play as a character who crash lands on an island full of cannibals. On the one hand, you need to fight for your survival. On the other hand, you’ll often feel like you’re the enemy. You’ll collect supplies in the day and some how look to survive in the night time when the cannibals come to play.

Will you be looking forward to the game on Early Access? Let us know in the comments.
