Bloodhawk
Lemuel, or Bloodhawk, is not a well known character, he was featured in X-Men 2099, one of the titles of Marvel’s 2099 imprint, and was known as the mutant protector of the Las Vegas desert during that time. One of his powers allowed him to trans-morph into his original red form with had bat-like wings. When he is fully transformed, Bloodhawk gains several powers: regeneration, heightened senses, flight, razor-sharp claws and teeth and is impervious to radiation.
