MODOK is not a very well known character although he has been affiliated with A.I.M., MODOK’s 11 , Gamma powered Super Soldier program leader. MODOK has limited powers compared to other hardcore villains. But his powers that we know are Telekinetic Force Blasts which do considerable damage given the amount of force in the blast.
