This game in included in the list because it captures the essence of a franchise that gamers have loved over the past few decades while reinventing it completely. Tomb Raider goes back to the roots of Lara Croft before she became a hardened warrior as she struggles to survive savage tribes, wolves, ship-wrecks and the force of Nature. What is so great about this game is that it really captures Lara’s fear and doubt and you can see that as the game progresses, Lara evolves into a natural killer and true tomb raider.
