42. Outlast
Outlast will give you goose bumps and will really satisfy your thirst for horror. It is a game that really pulls no punches in introducing some really squeamish scenes. There will be lunatics and ghosts ripping your organs out, and an insane man chasing you around the asylum, adamant on your demise. Outlast is gruesome and even for horror buffs, it’s one of the most frightening games ever created.
