41. Civilization 4: Beyond The Sword
Beyond The Sword is the second official expansion pack for Civilization 4 and it adds a whole lot to the game including new factions, civilizations and leaders. The expansion pack has so much more variety and diversity and so many different units and buildings to choose from in each era that it virtually creates a brand new experience. It really outdoes itself because we rarely see an expansion pack that goes all the way to offer this much content.
