PlayStation 3 and Uncharted 2 proved that Sony was a graphical powerhouse of topnotch technology. Uncharted finally showed us what water should look like in a video game with realistic waves and ripples and waterfalls aplenty. Shadow effects fell over character faces when in and out of jungles. Uncharted 2 was a massively colorful game that was surrounded by lifelike environments. Character models were far above what any other game had done at that time.
