the last of us part 2

It was a long journey to get here, but Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part 2 is finally here. By and large, the game has received the same kind of critical love that the original did, and I’m sure it’s something the studio is insanely proud of. It seems a lot of their partners are, too, as the Sony family of first party studios came out with their own homages.

Sony Santa Monica (Via God of War Director Cory Balrog), Bend Studios, Sucker Punch and Media Molecule all posted some art to their official Twitter page to celebrate today’s launch. Three of them portray Ellie hanging out with another protagonist from the studio’s latest game. They are all quite nice, but Media Molecules’ animated art piece is really something, apparently created by the Art Director of Dreams in that game. Take a look at all four below.

The Last of Us Part 2 is available now only for the PlayStation 4. We were also pretty fond of the game, and you can check out our full review of the game through here.
