The latest PlayStation marketing ad that aired during the PlayStation Showcase hints at a Resident Evil 4 remake nod. In the advertisement, a wall consists a distinct symbol of the Las Plagas from the game, and fans have been linking the two with each other.

In addition to this, a Sly Cooper logo can also be found in the video, which has fans excited for a revival of the franchise. Of course, both of these are just rumors at this point – and neither Sony nor Capcom have issued any statements on the finding at the time of writing.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is definitely happening, according to a recent report citing credible sources. According to sources, the Resident Evil 4 Remake has been in the works since 2018, though there’s no telling when an announcement might happen. Resident Evil Village released earlier this year to great critical and commercial acclaim, and is shaping up to be one of the best this year has to offer.
