The Legend of Heroes - Trails from Zero

Falcom’s cult classic 2010 RPG The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is finally available in North America and Europe on PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Set in Crossbell, it follows Lloyd Bannings, who joins the Special Support Section of the police department. Check out the release trailer below.

Joined by Elie MacDowell, Randy Orlando and Tio Plato, the SSS undertakes different requests akin to the Bracer Guild, but it’s not long before they cross paths with the underworld. Much like The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky series, combat is turn-based with grid movement, although new mechanics like Team Rush, Combination Crafts, and Support Crafts are present.

In terms of improvements, the release features a conversation log (which wasn’t present in the original) along with revamped environments, improved character sprites, and a High-Speed Mode.
