The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Confirmed Again for March – Rumour

European release date still not set.

Posted By | On 05th, Jan. 2017

A recent report by Nintendo insider Laura Kate Dale said that, contrary to her previous information, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild would be releasing in March. Now Eurogamer has further corroborated the release date, with sources speaking to the site confirming as much.

However, though it will release in March for Japan and North America, a Europe release date has yet to be set. It’s possible that the Nintendo Switch launches late in March with Breath of the Wild slipping into April for Europe by a few days.

Nintendo will be hosting a live-stream event for the Switch where it will apparently showcase the platform’s launch line-up, its price, launch date and a new Mario game as well. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is still coming to the Wii U for those who are skeptical about Switch.
