Of the many things we’ve wanted to know about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a firm release date arguably tops the list. Originally stated to be launching with the Nintendo Switch in March, it’s since been speculated to arrive in Summer or at least within the second half of the year.

However, according to Nintendo insider Laura Kate Dale, it could in fact launch with the Switch after all. On Twitter, Dale said that, “Contrary to my past report on BOTW release date it is 100% coming at Switch launch in North America in March. Have seen finalised materials.”

That means you can expect Nintendo to announce the news soon, say at its upcoming presentation in Japan for the console. Take the news with the grain of salt as usual but as of now, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild could indeed be out sooner than later.
