Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released about ten days ago for the Nintendo Switch and is a massive hit. It sold over ten million copies in the first three days, with 2.4 million in Japan and four million in the Americas. Of course, it scored very well with the critics – check out some of the praise given in the trailer below.

Set after Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom sees Link battling against Ganondorf, with the Upheaval creating numerous chasms across Hyrule, leaking Gloom into the world. Of course, he has new abilities at his disposal, like Ultrahand for combining objects and creating vehicles, Fuse for fusing materials and weapons, and much more.

The land has also changed with new points of interest, vastly different locations, new dungeons that are closer in design to the classic ones from previous games, and more. Check out our review (where we scored it a perfect ten) for more details, and stay tuned for subsequent updates.
