Necromunda: Hired Gun

Remember that saying about Warhammer games? Add Necromunda: Hired Gun to the list of misses. The gameplay, which combines wall-running, a cyber-mastiff that tears apart foes and Glory Kill-style executions, looked pretty appealing at first. However, the janky gameplay of Space Hulk: Deathwing would infect Necromunda as well with awkward movement and animations, a bland aesthetic and a nonsensical storyline that somehow makes less sense as you pay more attention to it. This is in addition to all of the bugs and other issues. Underneath it all, Necromunda does have a decent combat loop but needs a lot more polish and coherent vision to really rise above its budget-DOOM framework.
