The Witness

The Witness is a puzzle adventure game that plays out in a first-person view. Players will take on the role of an unnamed character in which the goal is to complete seven of the ten initial puzzles within the island. Each puzzle is based around theme and naturally becomes tougher to solve. Upon completion of a puzzle, a large golden turret springs up and shoots a laser beam at the island’s largest mountain. Ultimately your goal is to get each of the seven puzzles solved and unlock the mountain puzzles and completing the game. Fans of the Braid video game will be happy to know that The Witness is also being designed by Jonathan Blow.
