The popular franchise, The Mummy, recently became the property of Bigpoint, in partnership with Universal Studios, and they will jointly be developing an Action-RPG browser based online Mummy game.
It was announced in a press release that “The Mummy Online will be a “free-to-play Action-RPG MMO game.” In the game, players will “take on heroic roles as adventure seekers.” It has also been announced that the game is set in early 20th century Egypt.
No specefic release date has yet been announced.
