Ready at Dawn Studios created a stir with its newest IP, namely the PS4 exclusive The Order: 1886 which debuted at this year’s E3. The question that’s come up since then has been about the game’s release date, but a recent Twitter exchange between studio founder Andrea Pessino and a fan could indicate a Fall 2014 release. Take this as a rumour and read on.

As it stands, it doesn’t feel like a bad time at all. The Fall season has become famous for several high-profile blockbusters releasing at the same time, as has been seen with the yearly launch cycle of Assassin’s Creed and Call of Duty. Will Ready at Dawn try to compete with other AAA titles, especially given its status as a PS4 exclusive? It could even be delayed into 2015 as seems to be the trend with certain Sony titles.
