After confirming yesterday that the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive The Order: 1886 would run at 1080p and 30 frames per second, Ready At Dawn co-founder Ru Weerasuriya stated to Play3 that there would be no multiplayer. Weerasuriya described The Order as a “third-person single player action game” in the conversation.

The Order: 1886 takes place in an alternate history of London where Hunters take on demons with steampunk weaponry including tesla coils, automatic weapons and other seemingly advanced equipment. The game has been fairly hyped after a recent reveal event, and now more details are arriving than before.

Developed in conjunction with SCE Santa Monica, The Order: 1886 is expected to be out by Autumn 2014. It will apparently push the limits of visuals for the PS4, and has apparently even been dubbed as “Sony’s first Naughty Dog game” for the PS4. That impressive? We’ll know more in the coming months so stay tuned for more details.
