The Sims Studio’s The Sims 4 will be out in September and work to bring a brand new range of features to the franchise. There aren’t pools or toddlers but the good news is, you have a whole new range of Sims emotions to play around with. And by play around with, we mean mess with until they inevitably lose it and off themselves. Check it out above.

EA claims that the ability to control feelings will allow players to build skills quicker and picking up new rewards. We’re not sure how that works unless it helps your ascension into the ranks of Simsville till you become its supreme ruler.

The Sims 4 will be out on Mac and Pac on September 2nd in North America and September 4th in Europe. Will you be picking it up? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below along with what you think about the gameplay mechanics.
