The Talos Principle Now Available for PC via Steam

The end of the world was never this though-provoking (maybe).

Serious Sam developer Croteam surprised us immensely when it revealed that its next project would be a first person philosophical puzzler but now that The Talos Principle is finally here, we’re more than just a little excited. The game is available now for PC and has you assuming the role of a sentient being navigating puzzles in a ruin-filled simulation. Check out the launch trailer for the game above.

Speaking about the game’s release, Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker said that,”The honest truth is that we ran out of budget for digital ammo in Serious Sam 4 so we’ve got to fill our coffers with sales from The Talos Principle before we can all proceed with the shooty shooty bang bang game.” So support it if you want another Serious Sam (and you should want another Serious Sam).

Sigils of Elohim has also launched with the game on PC, iOS and Android and lets you unlock items for use in The Talos Principle. It is available for free on Steam, iTunes and Google Play. The Talos Principle will meanwhile be heading to PS4 and Android in Q1 2015 so stay tuned for more details.
