The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners Earns Over $29 Million in Revenue

Releasing last year for Oculus Rift on PC to critical acclaim, Skydance Interactive’s The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners has done very well for itself. Revenue crossed $29 million in its first year with sales on the Oculus Quest being 10 times higher than Oculus Rift and Rift S, according to the developer. The VR title is also available for PlayStation VR on PS4.

A new free update will be coming to the Oculus Quest version on February 4th. The Trial sees players taking on waves of zombies in a venerable horde mode for high scores. The update was slated to release last week but faced a slight delay.

Based on the comic book series, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners offers a completely new storyline with players fighting for survival in New Orleans. Along with exploring the world and fighting off the undead, one can also interact with human survivors, either helping or killing them for their own ends.
