The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt community has been anxiously awaiting the release of patch 1.07. CD Projekt RED has just posted an update on their Facebook page saying that the patch is “almost here” and that likely means we will be able to see the new patch sometime next week. In the meantime, there have been a number of different smaller content additions that have gotten people excited, until they realized that none of the new downloads were the larger patch.

Patch 1.07 is going to address a whole host of different problems that people have experienced playing through the game CD Projekt RED says this is the largest patch the developer has released since the game hit stores. Among the different things the patch is due to effect is a number of oddities that weren’t supposed to occur like weapons not actually losing their durability over time. There is even going to be an alternate movement scheme being brought to the title.

The entire set of patch notes is massive and you can check them out here. While CD Projekt RED hasn’t said exactly when the patch is landing, next week definitely appears to be the key.
