Telltale Games announced over a year ago that The Wolf Among Us 2 had been delayed into 2024, with the long-awaited adventure sequel having shifted its development to Unreal Engine 5. Halfway through the year, a release date for the game is still unknown, with its last trailer having premiered over two years ago, and though Telltale still remains reluctant to share a meatier update on the game, it has nonetheless offered a new sneak peak.

Taking to Twitter, the studio commemorated the anniversary of the original Telltale Games’ founding with two new screenshots for The Wolf Among Us 2, showing protagonist Bigby Wolf in different locations. New information on the game is still scarce, nor do we know when we can expect details on its launch (or even a new trailer)- but it’s something, at least. You can view the screenshots below.

Telltale Games confirmed in October last year that it had been hit with layoffs “due to current market conditions”. At the time, the studio said that The Wolf Among Us 2 was “still in production”, but shortly afterward, it was reported that most of the game’s development team had been let go in the layoffs.

The Wolf Among Us 2 is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out more new screenshots released by Telltale Games earlier this year through here.
