The Wolf Among Us 2

Though Telltale Games promised new information for The Wolf Among Us 2 in early 2022, some new details have emerged courtesy of Game Informer magazine. Insider Shinobi602 revealed the same on Twitter, noting the story to be set six months after the first game, taking place in the Winter “all over” New York.

Production is full swing with the script being finalized and motion-capture underway. Despite Telltale shifting from Unity to Unreal Engine 4 (with development essentially starting from scratch), the latter has actually helped streamline the process by “a lot.” As for the story and what can be expected, we’ll need to wait for more details in the coming year.

The Wolf Among Us 2 doesn’t currently have a release window or specified platforms though it seems a given that it will come to PC, Xbox and PlayStation. Telltale and Deck Nine (of Life is Strange: True Colors fame) are also working on The Expanse: A Telltale Series, which takes place before the television show.
