Thief Box Art Revealed: Garrett Takes What Garrett Wants

That's how Garrett rolls.

Eidos Montreal has released the official box art for the upcoming cross-generational, first person sneaker Thief. It shows the protagonist Garrett attempting to steal the game’s title.

Because he’s a thief! Get it?

Thief will be a reboot for the series, following Garrett as he returns to The City and attempts to steal everything in sight – despite the presence of an authoritarian government and guards everywhere. To do this, you’ll have the new Focus mode which helps you pick pockets faster, find pipes to climb and candles to blow out and of course, smack guards harder. Other than that, it’s Thief pretty much as you remember it. So stay in the shadows and be as silent as possible.

Built using Epic’s Unreal Engine 3, Thief has seen some troubled development, but seems on track to release next year for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
