It will probably take forever for Valve to release the much awaited sequel to Half Life 2 but in the mean time we can keep ourselves occupied with some awesome Half Life videos. Fan made Half Life videos are nothing new and in fact, the absence of Half Life 3 has resulted into a renewed interest in user generated Half Life content.
We came across this short but amazing fan made Half Life 2 video developed by Deviant Pictures Films. Developed using the Source Filmmaker, this Half Life 2 themed video is about the harsh realities of City 17’s Civil Protection. Although never showcased, the video depicts torture and how one of the enemies can’t stand this injustice and becomes a Protector.
The only thing which put me a bit off is the music. I am sure the developers could have gone for a better score but regardless take a look. It will be well worth your time and might very well hold you over till Half Life 3 comes out.
