Frictional Games, the masterminds behind the celebrated horror game Amnesia, and its less celebrated sequel A Machine for Pigs, are back with their third horror game, this time set in a science fiction setting- SOMA.

SOMA is a terrifying and psychologically unsettling horror game that will be releasing on the PlayStation 4 next year, and one that purports to unsettle the player by asking disorienting questions about the psyche, human consciousness, our thoughts, and the mind. The video that you see above is a taste of the atmosphere the game is striving for, along with having some (too vague) all important clues towards the game’s mysterious story, which has so far been kept shrouded in secrecy.

Really, that is all we currently know about the game, so it is very hard to talk more about it. Stay tuned to GamingBolt though, as we will keep you posted as and when we learn more.
