Tiny Tower Dev’s Wish Zynga Clone Luck

Posted By | On 26th, Jan. 2012

The quality control of the Apple store continually raises questions as to where the barrier between ‘inspired by’ and ‘stealing from‘ lies, and a new game, titled ‘Dream Heights’, from FarmVille developers Zynga has raised this question once more. The game bears a striking resemblance to 3-man indie team NimbleBit’s iOS hit ‘Tiny Tower,’ and NimbleBit have hit back with a passive-aggressive “good luck”:

“We wanted to thank all you guys for being such big fans of our iPhone game of the year Tiny Tower,” they wrote. “Good luck with your game, we are looking forward to inspiring you with our future games!”

Thanks to Joystiq for the info.
