Respawn Entertainment debuted two new Titans for their upcoming shooter Titanfall at last night’s Spike VGX Awards, namely the Stryder and Ogre classes. Closer observation of both videos indicates some unique qualities for both classes.

The Stryder class features “unlimited thrust with core overdrive”, a 23 percent lighter exoskeleton, and an “advanced gyroscopic balancing system”. All this jibber jabber essentially translates into the Titan being able to out-maneuver its opposition with a quicker turning radius speed, powerful dashing and an overall higher movement speed. Of course, this comes at the expense of health as the sudden retreat in the video indicates.

The Ogre class meanwhile features 30 percent more rigidity. No special features here – this is a Titan built for heavy warfare and close combat. It sacrifices speed for defense, and was apparently a major factor in the success of some war. Did we mention this thing tears other Titans apart? It’s beautiful.

Titanfall releases for the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 11th 2014 in North America and March 13th 2014 in Europe.
