Tokyo Game Show 2015

While E3 2015 is yet to happen, the dates for Japan’s Tokyo Game Show 2015 have already been decided. It will take place on September 17th to 20th in Makuhari Messe located in Chiba, Japan. The expo will be organized by the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association and emphasize the Japanese game development scene above all else.

The promotional art for TGS 2015 has also been revealed courtesy of artist Ippei Gyoubu. “Freedom” and experiencing games with more freedom than before formed the main theme for this year’s show according Gyoubu; it’ll be interesting to see how this year’s games reflect that theme.

While we don’t know which companies will be present at TGS 2015, we do know that Square Enix will be showcasing Final Fantasy 15, skipping E3 to provide the latest information on the current gen action RPG. What do you expect to see at TGS 2015? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
