The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Wind Waker, with it colourful, cel-shaded graphics and cute character models may not look like much of a post-apocalyptic game at first, but as you play through the game, you realize that it is, perhaps, the perfect setting, striking a perfect chord between dreary and pleasant. The game tells how the entire world of Hyrule is drowned, and the remaining stragglers lead on with their lives by settling on islands that survived the flood. It is the last section of the game, most of all, that comes across as the most hard-hitting. I'm not going to give anything away here, I'm just going to ask you people to play the game and enjoy it for yourself.
