Crysis 2
While not exactly "post-apocalyptic", Crysis 2 does render a beautifully and thoughtfully imagined New York lying in ruins. To walk through the city's streets and look at the crumbling buildings, destroyed freeways and highways, fissures running through the roads, or even fabled landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty lying in pieces will give you the chills for sure. While Crysis 2 does not have a cloudy sky, or dim lighting, it does deliver the feel of a destroyed environment very well.
