RAGE HD
Despite meeting a lukewarm critical reception, RAGE looked the part when it debuted last year. You’d think the iPad offering would be a slimmed down port of such visual delights, but it completely delivered on a graphical level and, with the gyroscope built into the new iPad models, you can even aim using motion controls rather than the touch screen.
Infinity Blade 2
Apple included the original Infinity Blade in a lot of the promotional material they used for the iPad 2. With the visuals it sports, it isn’t much of a surprise why this was the case. Were it not for the game’s intuitive touch controls, you’d almost be forgiven for thinking that this was a home console game.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas: Shadow Vanguard HD
The Rainbow Six Vegas games look awesome on console, so Shadow Vanguard had a lot to live up to. Surprisingly, it actually manages to deliver. The only thing that got dumbed down slightly for the smaller screen was the AI, for the graphics and breadth of equipment are just as incredible as always.
