The Witness

Myst is one the most influential games of all time launching, almost singlehandedly, the first person adventure game genre.  The Witness has the same core concept, the player ventures around a seemingly abandoned island solving puzzles and unearthing mysteries long since abandoned.  Even though only a certain number of puzzles need to be completed in order to advance to the ultimate ending, the player is free to play all of the 650 puzzles the developer has crafted into the game.  Oh, and just like Myst, The Witness is gorgeous.  For those who love puzzles and miss their Myst.
