Make no mistake – Fallout 4 is far from being Bethesda’s best RPG. But it’s hard to deny the sandbox elements which allow for creating a network of different settlements, on top of customizing one’s own settlement with different NPCs, robots, captured creatures (who can be used for arena battles) and complex machines (including some that can create equipment). There’s even a Vault to manage, complete with various “experiments” to conduct on the populace.
