Black Mirror
Ever seen The Woman in Black and wish you could visit that era of horror (without dealing with the somewhat boring script it had)? Black Mirror – and no we don’t mean the hit British series on technology gone dark, then gone wrong – should satisfy that urge. It’s set in 1926 and sees protagonist David Gordon visiting his ancestral home to deal with the death of his father. Of course, secrets start to come out and there are plenty of horrors that embody the writings of Edgar Allen Poe and H.P. Lovecraft to contend with. Black Mirror is actually a re-imagining of the classic adventure series of the same name. Whether it competes with today’s horror titles is another matter altogether when it releases on November 28th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
