It’s been a long time since the .hack series had any relevance in the West (plenty of lame anime adaptations didn’t exactly help build on the first series’ momentum). .hack//G.U. Last Recode looks to fix that by offering a remaster of the first three volumes of the original .hack//G.U. while adding a fourth volume to the mix. Along with full HD visuals, cinematics will also be rendered in high definition. You can also look forward to faster movement speed, revamped battles between avatars, a Cheat system, the “retry” function and an “unfamiliar look” for main character Haseo. .hack//G.U. Last Recode is out on November 3rd in North America and Europe for PC and PS4.
