Star Wars Battlefront 2

star wars battlefront 2

Finally, a true-blue evolution to Pandemic’s Star Wars Battlefront…at least, that’s what we thought before all this micro-transaction and pay-to-win nonsense began. Regardless, DICE’s Star Wars Battlefront 2 does try to make amends for the first game’s lack of content. There is a meaty single player campaign this time around that focuses on Iden Versio and the Empire as they rally against the Rebellion following the Emperor’s death. The multiplayer has some new modes like Starfighter Assault, which consists primarily of space combat, and Strike Mode, an objective-based capture and defend mode without any vehicles or heroes. New maps, heroes, class load-outs, Star Cards, vehicles and much more await hardcore Star Wars fans. Now let’s see if it’s worth the cost when it arrives on November 17th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
