Final Fantasy 7 Remake
Highly requested by fans since the PS2 days, Final Fantasy 7 Remake finally released earlier this year. Well, the first part at least but don’t let that dissuade you. Excellent visuals and more action-heavy combat give way to greatly expanded characterization and events. Granted, a few core story changes may irk some fans but seeing classic sequences like the opening title reveal or highway chase recreated with such loving detail makes it all worth it. And for all the skepticism, the combat really is a blast to pick up and master.
