Yakuza Kiwami

Remaking a game like Yakuza, which released in 2005 for the PS2, with improved gameplay and new mechanics while also trying to fix any plot holes is no easy task. And while Yakuza Kiwami isn’t perfect, it serves as an excellent entry into the series along with Yakuza 0. Featuring four fighting styles, the new Majima Everywhere system, more fleshed out characters and vastly improved visuals, it remains an essential title for anyone getting into the series.
