Xbox Series X/S was actually the latest platform that Baldur’s Gate 3 arrived on, and as a result, it managed to be one of the most polished ports due to a number of patches and fine-tuning. Graphics mode settings locks framerate to 30 FPS, just like the PS5 version, though the performance mode is a consistent 60. The Xbox series x is a clear winner regarding some of the screen tearing issues that occur on PS5 and lower spec PCs. It’s impressive how well the developer translated the PC-centric mechanics of the popular CRPG series to consoles, and the visuals reflect the DnD-derived setting perfectly.
