Even with the competition, namely the Xbox One X, shooting itself in the foot close to launch, the PS4 has still become one of Sony’s best-selling consoles. Not only that but it’s a destination for great games, some which you won’t find on any other platform. Let’s take a look at the top 30 PS4 games of all time. Middle-Earth: Shadow of War
You could hop aboard the hate train for microtransactions and we honestly wouldn’t blame you. However, Monolith Production’ Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is still a pretty good game with a vast open world to explore. The multitudes of combat options make you feel appropriately unstoppable and the Nemesis system extends to long-time enemies as well as the epic new fortress assaults. It’s not a huge leap over the first game but Shadow of War is still worth playing.
