14. South of Midnight
Compulsion Games of We Happy Few fame has been working on South of Midnight, and we finally got to see the game in action at the recent Xbox Games Showcase. Flaunting its signature cartoony aesthetic, South of Midnight features a simple yet enjoyable combat system that’s based on chaining combos and using spells and an exploration system where you can jump across huge gaps and glide in the air among other things. It looks pretty solid, and it will be released for Xbox Series X/S and PC sometime in 2025.
